1. Go to our site: http://www.comentum.com
2. Click on Client Center - Admin (upper right of web site).
3. Click on your Domain Name (underlined) to view email
accounts.
4. Click on the email account that you wish to create an
Auto Responder.
5. Click on the Responder tab (on top) and use the following
settings: - Status: Select Respond Always. - Period: Leave as is. - Reply from: Leave as is - Reply between from: Type in the date
that you wish to start the Auto Responder - use the yyyy/mm/dd
format for example: 2005/10/22
- Reply between to: Type in the date that you
wish to end the Auto Responder - use the yyyy/mm/dd format
for example: 2005/10/28 - Reply only if to me: Leave as is Responder File: Click and type your Responder
Message. - No Responder File: Leave as is. OK: Click "OK" to save settings.
6. Test your Auto Responder.
The items that we specify to "Leave as is" are
for advanced settings and are not necessary for general
use.
