Email Troubleshooting FAQ:

1. What is my email setting:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com or the Outgoing Mail Server for your Internet Connection (ex. At&t Yahoo DSL: smtp.att.yahoo.com)

User Name: your email address (ex. yourname@yourdomain.com)
Password: your password

2. How do I create new email accounts or change my password:
Make sure you are the domain administrator, then use the following login and instructions to add email accounts:

Login URL:
http://mail.comentum.com/admin/
User: your email address (ex. yourname@yourdomain.com)
Password: your password

3. How to double check or configure your email settings in Outlook:
For Outlook 2007/XP:
From the Tools menu, click on Account Settings.

For Outlook 2007, to add email:
On the E-mail tab, click New
Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP, then click Next.
Check the Manually configure server settings . . . . . then click Next.
Select Internet E-mail then click Next.

For Outlook 2007, to view / change an existing email:
Double click on an existing account.

For Outlook 2003 / XP, to add email:
Select "Add a new email account", then click Next Click "Add"

For 2003 / XP, to view / change an existing email:
Select "View or change existing email account", then click Next
Double click on an existing account.

On the next screen enter / edit:
Your Name
Your email
For Account Type, select POP3
For Incoming mail server, type: mail.yourdomain.com
For Outgoing mail server, type: mail.yourdomain.com
For User Name, type your email address
For Password, type your password
Uncheck (or make sure this is not checked:) Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

Click on More Settings...
Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication
Check "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail"
Click on OK.
Click Next
Click Finish
