SUPPORT SERVICES OFFERED

$119 per hour without a support plan (1/2 hour minimum)
(or $98 per hour if you use our Comentum Project Manager to submit your requests)

Comentum Includes:
- Brainstorming and Project Ideas Discovery
- SEO & SEM Marketing and Business Consultation
- Usability Consultation
- eCommerce Planning and Process Consultation
- Web Technology Consultation
- Server Technology and IT Consultation
- Project Scoping and Planning
- Business aspects of an Online Business and Its Process
- Technical aspects of an Online Business and Its Process

Changes / Update Requests

Comentum Includes:
- Changes or revisions to your website or web application
- At client's request, Comentum will provide an estimate and timeline for requests outside of the agreement

Troubleshooting / Correcting False Alarms

Comentum Includes:
- Researching, troubleshooting and correcting issues that are NOT related to or caused by Comentum

Software bugs reported after Warranty Period

Comentum Includes:
- Troubleshooting and correcting software issues after the Warranty Period

Training - Email, Web, DNS, FTP, Software

Comentum Includes:
- Email training and support for setting up computer's email software
- Email troubleshooting and support for email send/receive issues that are not related to or caused by Comentum's servers
- Email support for setting up the following features:
- FTP training and support for setting up FTP program
- DNS record updates
- Comentum-built Web Applications or Products

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty Period

Your Comentum-built web application project is covered by warranty for one year from the completion date according to the project agreement.

Comentum will provide an additional 30 day warranty for your entire project if you order a version upgrade of greater than 10% of your original agreement.

Software Bugs reported within Warranty Period

Comentum will resolve any software bugs at no cost if they were not caused by you or a third party.

False Alarms

Reported bugs and issues that are not caused by Comentum will not be covered by the Warranty Period and will be charged at 1/2 hour minimum or $119 per hour.
