1. Go to our site: http://www.comentum.com
2. Click on Client Center - Admin (upper right of web site).
3. Click on your Domain Name (underlined) to view email
accounts.
4. Click on the email account that you wish to setup forwarding. Option 1: To setup forwarding and not leave a copy
of the message on our server, use the following settings:
(Standard Setting)
- Click on the Mailbox tab (on top) and Check the Remote
address and in the input in front of it type in
the email address which you wish to forward your messages
to. Option 2: To setup forwarding and leave a copy of
the message on our server, use the following settings:
(Only use this option if you are going to retrieve your
left messages from our server; otherwise your mailbox will
get filled to its usage limit.)
- Click on the User tab (if not already selected) and in
the section: Forward to (last item),
type in the email address which you wish to forward your
messages to.
5. Click "OK" to save settings.
6. Test your forwarding.
