How to turn on Spam Filter:

1. Go to our site: http://www.comentum.com
2. Click on Client Center - Admin (upper right of web site).
3. Click on your Domain Name (underlined) to view email accounts.
4. Click on the email account that you wish to turn on Spam filter.
5. Click on the Options tab (on top) and check the "Service access - Anti-Spam" and click OK - (please leave the other options as is)

Important: After you check Anti-Spam and click OK:
1. A folder name "Spam" will be created in your Web Mail under the folder list (on top right corner).
2. The Spam messages will be delivered to the Spam folder.
3. Messages inside the Spam folder that are older than 5 days will be automatically deleted.
4. There are times that a Non-Spam message may slip into the "Spam" folder, therefore you may want to login to your Web Mail and select "Spam" folder and:
-
Quickly browse through your Spam messages
- Delete Spam messages
- Move the Non-Spam messages to your Inbox Folder.
